It would be best imo if they just mass released them all so there's no waiting. But that'd be 55 species x 6 colors, so maybe not. I'm certain there'd be an abundance of artist-Neopians more than happy to help out if they asked however.

Over the weekend I showed not only my pride but love of neopets by wearing my rainbow uni shirt and purple pants! I didn't realize how well they went together. It was such a cute outfit I wish I had gotten a picture. I at least pictured the shirt below in a collage from when I initially got the shirt!

I can't even believe I'm finally celebrating pride month for the first time. Actually I can't even do much, no parades or anything like that around here, but this is a super special year for me because I finally felt safe to come out!
