I guess I'm a little confused with my rank on this website. I've been a member here for years and I used to be a rank Clraik. I haven't been active here for a year or so and I come back and I'm a rank newbie so I'm unable to access certain parts of this website with out buying Clraik VIP. Do ranks reset? I guess i'm just confused why I'm back to rank newbie. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Ranks were updated quite a while ago now, resulting in clraik rank needing 25+ rep (you start with 10). This is because there is a lot available at that rank, and we determined it was safer for everyone involved if it was gatekept from potential spies and other nasties who could just spam their way to 50 posts. It's unfortunate that you've only seen it now, but this is what is explains your situation. Looking at your posting history for the past couple of years, my guess is you're back for AC.

Heya! The rank requirements were updated a while ago, you can read up about it (you need an account to see links)!
Clraik rank used to require 6 days registered + 50 posts or 25 reputation points. Now the requirement is 6 days registered + 50 posts + 25 reputation points.
So as a result of the updated requirements, some users went back to 'newbie' rank. You can check your +rep (you need an account to see links) to see how much you need in order to increase your rank! ^^

Ah, I see. That makes more sense! Guess i'll have to work up to the next rank. Appreciate the help
