Recent Account Grabbed?

Hello All!

Its been a couple years, but I recently have been logging into my personal more often and now do not have access. The email was changed. I have my confirmation email from 2017 of the change to mine and can identify everything. I had 400 million pure, loaded gallery with a unique mass collection on a certain r99 (largest on site of that particular item). Shop full of just r99 items.

I would like to get it back if possible.

If it comes down to it, I will have to report it and will do what I can do to get it frozen. Just sucks getting back into it.
Active avie is a stamp collector, my set was also in my gallery.
items in inventory include some that if i name the trade history will show the account right away.

also collected an r101 petpet over 400+ of the same one.

My last password reset was Dec 8th 2020. I would assume someone got into my hotmail to take it?

Will leave this up with the hope whoever took it contacts me for the next two days or so. I have requested the pw several times but the lost username does not have it to my email anymore. I believe I have enough information over the past 4 years to get this back with a ticket. The account is 20+ years old.

That is unfortunate. Hopefully you can gain access again somehow. Have you reached out to the team? I reached out stating my birthday wasn't working when logging in a few weeks ago after being gone for many years. Told them my birthday and they literally emailed me back what the birthday was listed as on the account. Apparently it's not my real birthday? (weird don't remember that) but they were super helpful and surprised they gave that info out to me. Anyway I was able to get back in. I've been playing since 2002 and actually was playing earlier but my account got frozen somehow in the early days after a lot of grinding and someone getting into my account as well. Unfortunately back in those days it seemed like not a lot was done about unfreezing accounts. Hope it all works out for you!
