I’ve swam in the same ocean as humpback whales. Am I screwed and will only make it to 100?

Thanks everyone for your kind words. I'm sorry to hear that some of you won't make it to the golden age of 155 with the rest of us...I blame science.
This morning she wrote a couple more. The plan is to keep it going and save it. I love @(you need an account to see links)'s idea of having her turn them into cautionary tales. @(you need an account to see links), I'd think the same ocean is unreasonable, as the danger could be 100s of km away...it's more about proximity.

The new additions to the list are:

    6. Don't go to Crocodile Lake
    7. Don't go where zombies live

I'll need some follow up tips for personal hygiene, fitness and skincare too. I'm imagining life as a 155 year old as a mostly immobile prune

Aw, this is a super cute thread, I really appreciate Eevee's tips. I will be very sure to not go to where zombies are!

I honestly wonder if something related to quicksand will be mentioned - I swear when I was a kid I thought quicksand would be a big danger I would encounter.

Interestingly enough, there was recently a reddit thread that was along the lines of 'Whats something you were scared of as a kid that ended up not being scary at all' and a LOT of people said that when they were younger they thought quicksand was like how you see it in cartoons. They second your feet hit the sand its certain doom, and that its in every forest you'll encounter. It seems to be a shared fear for a lot of kiddos!

Okay, so avoid lakes filled with crocodiles, or is Crocodile Lake in a specific location?
Be sure to tell Eevee she is amazing, and I appreciate her recommended life tips to survive!

Can confirm, was always afraid of quicksand too because of what was shown in cartoons. Apparently it doesn't work like that after all.
The real danger is thick, deep mud however. Nearly lost my ankle once.
