I wasn't aware of anything related to a permanent pool... why did people suddenly start believing that? That Neoboards user is talking about something related to 'hints'...?
Anyway, also like that user, I also visited Moltara pages only for the Negg Festival. However my pool still says that same sentence "I'm sorry, only those well-versed in the ways of Moltara are permitted to enter the Pool. Learn more and try again later." :/
Not sure how perma access works, or if it's really even a thing.
I just know the pool is open for a random 10 minute timeframe during the day. I've found mine!
I don't have perma access to it but I have to check my magma time if there's a change because of joining the Festival of Neggs.

if i look at the thread it's actually not a glitch but a certain procedure you follow to actually unlock permanent access.
the steps to do so have been outlined in the thread that blue-tooth linked.
you do need the atlas of the ancients trophy to gain permanent access according to this (or at least one of the prizes, judges not yet out on that).
