I want the little things back, like seeing my friends again, going to the movies together, and eating at restaurants.

Like a few other people have mentioned, it won't make a huge difference for people in Australia, except maybe increasing your likelihood of overseas travel at some point in the future (unless of course there is another breakout).
We can worry less about vulnerable family members once they have been vaccinated.
I've flown interstate on holidays 6 times this year already, and I imagine I'd still be wearing a face-mask if I was vaccinated.

Canadian here. The only thing I really want is to get my full-time job back.
I landed my dream job right out of university and have been preparing for this career move for almost a decade. Then COVID happened and I was indefinitely furloughed, so the past year's been rough in too many ways.
Seeing the vaccine numbers go up is filling me with optimism though! Hopefully we can all return to some semblance of normal soon, once most people get their vaccine and the case counts go down.

I have been vaccinated, but most people I know have not so not much has changed. I just want to go to the movies and hang out with friends in person again

I got my vaccine. It kinda felt like someone punched me in the arm for a few days. I really want to see my mom again, so hopefully when we both can, she will come visit me this summer.

Yes
Now a few days past my second dose, only made me tired and nap for like 4 hours then I was solid. No other side effects
Thank you to carrottea for the lovely userbar

I’ve received my second dosage recently, it’s a bit weird to think about how I’ll be the first in my immediate family to be fully vaccinated. I really want to spend some time with my s.o. and my friends before the fall hits as I am moving away once more and there will be further distance between us.

I got my second dose a few weeks ago, only thing that happened side effects wise was a sore arm and I took a nice long nap. I did get that "Oh, am I getting sick?" feeling before bed, but then woke up totally fine!
Now that I am ready to go, I am taking a girls trip up to Nashville with my vaccinated friends, just to get out and see things. We're doing an air bnb and just chilling for the weekend! I'm pretty excited!

I want to see all of my friends again!! Go out to eat with them, go to a house party, travel again, go to a museum, go to the movie theater. I miss so many things
I’ve been fully vaccinated since April. I plan to just LIVE to the fullest as soon as I feel I can!!! Like the post above me said, I miss the little things. Especially as someone who has been working in the restaurant industry, I can’t believe I’m gonna say it but I kind of miss the wasted people at the bad. They’re still here, but no one is dancing and there’s a lot less of them at a time. Though things are loosening up for New York where I live...
