    I'll share my process!
I've been doing Crossfit maybe 5 years now, since I was almost 21 and now I'm almost 26 yo.
My first coach was also a sports nutritionist, so he was able to help me with a diet.

Then, I started doing CF + diet. I learned the technique and started to work on my lifts.
    Weight: 180 pounds / 82 kgs

Fast forward because I don't have pics.
I started bulking and my weight went up to 205 pounds / 93kgs and then I cutted and this was the result
    Weight: 180 pounds / 82 kgs

Then, I decided to start bulking again. I was eating 4,200 kcal a day.
    Weight: 187 pounds / 85 kgs

But COVID striked and my gym closed. So My body fat went up.
    Weight: 225 pounds / 102 kgs

And when my gym reopened, I started my cutting process again and this is me yesterday
    Weight: 205 pounds / 93 kgs

So yeah, I like fitness pretty much and it is a very important part of my day to day.
I do a mix of Crossfit, Powerlifting and Weightlifting.
I'm not thaaat good, but my numbers are:
    Squat: 405 pounds / 184kgs
    Bench: 275 pounds / 124kgs
    Deadlift: 445 pounds / 202kgs
    Snatch: 220 pounds / 100 kgs
    Clean&Jerk: 275 pounds / 124kgs

I started working out when I saw myself at 350 lbs.

    2018 350lbs
    2019 300 lbs
    2020 275 lbs

    Now I fluctuate between 265 and 275

We haven't checked in, in awhile guys! Hope everyone is doing well! I'll be honest, I fell off really hard for a few months, but I've been back in it for a few months now and I'm learning to love getting fit again! I'll try and get some progress pics today!

I really gotta try to get myself back into shape. For a while during lockdown I got into a great fitness routine, but it got harder to maintain when I moved back in with my parents a little over a year ago, and harder when I started a new job despite moving back out again.

About a month ago I finished titrating off a medication that caused significant weight gain, though it was in part due to lifestyle changes (less walkable city, less free time during the day, less time to cook for myself). It's not exactly melting off the way I had been hoping/dreaming, so I gotta be a little more proactive.

In the past even when I've been super healthy in terms of diet/athleticism it was kind of the ~danger zone~ mentally, so I do gotta tread with caution a little bit.

[edit] also want to add that i kind of need to slim up to some extent, my friend had us all buy our bridesmaid dresses quite early, about 1.5 yrs before the wedding, which then got delayed by 2 years, and it no longer fits comfortably.

If you ever need a fitness buddy please let me know! After I broke my leg and started working from home I gained weight and am looking to also lose some to be comfortable!

This is a cool thread some amazing progress!
I'm a bit too chicken to share pics however I have gone from my heaviest weight at 146.5kg (322.98 lb) down to 94.3kg (207.90 lb)
Total loss of 52.2kg or 115.08 lb
I'm playing hockey, doing gym (been a bit slack over the christmas break) and have turned my life around. So happy and actually looking forward to my future ^_^
