Do you ever do something that seems like a great idea and then instantly regret it?

For instance, changed my username on here to this random a** word. Immediately hate it. Don't know why I did it. I'd had the same username since 2013. Why? UGH.

Last time I colored my hair red... I had let it grow out for YEARS to get rid of the red that never leaves. Decided I missed red. Colored it. Cried immediately. Actually... same thing with every single time I cut my hair short.

Every single time I decide to eat a giant slice of pie and immediately feel horrible.


The list goes on. Because I am impulsive and have no self control. ^^

Happens to me a lot too. Mainly with steam games and microtransactions. Spending 50 bucks for the 3rd time on a stupid lootbox and just call my self an idiot again... then repeat. Fucking EA lowkey tracking my posts to see that I need my random money wasting impulse.

I think it's just normal thing. We like it, we get it... 50% chance good choice 50% why the fuck.

It always goes like this.

"Hm, what size do I want? Small or large?"

Considers day of the week, drink I'm getting, where I'll be later in the week etc.

"Okay I'll get a small one for tonight, but buy a large one to drink the next day."

Or equally likely,

"Fuck it give me 2 larges"

And then I go home and only drink the equivalent of a small, which I KNEW would happen, and/or get a stomach ache
