Thread: What motivates you to workout? And what's your favorite thing to do?

    You should be proud of yourself, thats an awesome effort!

    I'm a personal trainer and I always tell my clients one. day. at. a. time.

    Literally

    focus on 1lb not 50. Once you lost 1lb, work on another lb. Its so much healthier and makes sure you celebrate the progress, because those stepping stones matter just as much as reaching the end goal.

    I've got a really "fun" cardio pattern I can send you if you like. Its only 25 minutes and will boost your fitness quickly if you stick to it.

    Oh this topic just brought me back to my younger self 6 years ago. I have to lose weight because of high cholesterol and blood sugar level. Been having hypertension on and off for 1 year and a half so it was a wake up call for me during that time to start losing weight. I started at 222lbs and now I'm down to 129lbs; that's -93lbs I guess. I'm currently working on gaining some lbs through weightlifting and a little bit of cardio for some good cardiovascular function like walking.
