    How's the elbow by now?

    i've actually been trying different tracking apps to no avail up till this last one which kept GPS signal with the screen off and which works with my speed and cadence sensor i just bought

    Another day, another commute :p

    I tried to focus on a higher cadence today and rode most of the time in a slightly lower gear to not strain my knee too much as it was acting up yesterday evening.
    No pain (yet) today and i'm quite happy with the cadence i got actually.

    if i can now get used to that cadence at the higher gears that would put me close to my goal i think.

    Don't think i've mentioned it but my goal for commuting is an average moving speed of 28-30 km/h

    my best ride so far this year but statistics are flawed by that ridiculous peak speed at the start of my ride
    Sadly cleaning up a ride is a paid feature in this app so that's not gonna happen :k

    now i did found out this app also links to strava if you want so perhaps i can clean it up there?

    *runs of to check if that's an option*

    well apparently not i guess. it's saying it's connected to strava but strava has not received any data

    Well I did it. My first ride in April. And it kicked my butt. Nowhere to go but up from here I guess! Bonus is my elbow didn't hurt!

    Remember the hardest thing is starting back up again. I kept putting it off and saying "tomorrow...tomorrow". You need to make "tomorrow" TODAY! It gets easier from there!

    Changed it up tonight with some cardio HIIT and Yoga. Held crow pose for like 0.5 seconds lol

    This is my 30 day Peloton activity in the last month. I have a "3 week streak" but I should start going for daily streaks.
    So far I have only done Strength and Cardio workouts, I need to try the other workouts Peloton has to offer. Has anyone found Yoga, Stretching, or Meditation to be effective?
