    I'm not in as good of shape as some of the people on here (honestly if I'm any shape it's "round") but I followed a 30-minute beginner workout on youtube this morning, and I'm going to try to keep with it!

    I started a 30 day ab challenge app.
    Right now it takes between 5-10 minutes.
    Depends too if you take the full break between work outs.
    It has three settings. I've started on easy.
    Some exercises are too easy so I do more reps.




    Day 1 was yesterday.

    I've seen these apps in the app store. They have different ones for different zones or exercises right? I'm interested to see what you think of them!

    Finally got around to starting my free trial on the Peloton app and I did my first two workouts!
    Intermediate feels about right for my current level of fitness. I like how there are so many options and I can pick the time length of the workout.


    The hollow hold is the most challenging ab exercise for me (when you have to hold (you need an account to see links) for 30 seconds or longer). I don't mind most ab exercises which have reps like burpees, v-ups, and plank to push-up. It's just mentally more challenging when you have to hold the same form and try not to drop it.

    Oh yay @(you need an account to see links)! And oh my hollow holds are the worst haha. I'm glad you're enjoying the app. There is definitely lots to choose from which I love! Can't wait for my elbow to get better so I can get back at it!

    I hit my goal weight on bench today!!!!

    315 pounds!
    I only managed to do it twice with no spotter, but I've been working on this for a couple months!!
    I'll try to post the video tonight x).

    I'll also give you guys my opinion on the 30 day abs app.
    I'm currently half way through it! Mostly positive things to say about it.
