Don't be discouraged if you don't have the app to be part of this forum. No matter what you do we want this to be aninclusive space where you can share your progress, goals and participate no matter what you are doing!
For those of you who do have the app or use other fitness apps pleasedo not use this space to post your app username. We do want to still keep someanonymity here on cK. If you feel comfortable with some of the users and you want to share your usernames for followers on apps please do that throughDMs andonly if both parties are OK with it.

The stuff from my move arrived today, so no time for a workout, but it means I got my bike back! I wanna dive in head first, but I gotta pace myself.
Love this! I just downloaded the Peloton app, made an account, and I'll probably start the free trial sometime this week. I really needed this after all the calories I'm consuming during the Bake-Off.
Last year, I attended dance classes 5 days a week and on top of that I did a HIIT workout 2-3 times a week, but this year I have just been laying in my bed a lot.

That is awesome! I am interested to see what you think of the app given your Cheer/Dance background! There are lots of none bike cardio and HIIT classed on there. I am yet to try them though. Maybe I will have to move out of my comfort zone soon and try.
The free trial is nice for sure. At the start of COVID there was a 3 month free trial and I was like "I cannot say no to this". I was hooked and had a great routine from it.

Yes, that'll be fun! It'll probably have to be something like a low-impact ride as I ease back into it, so maybe not a bootcamp just yet!

Part of the shift happened a couple years pre-pandemic after I moved –* I recently found some clips of me at the gym from 2018 and I REALLY wanna get back to where I used to be, but the pandemic closing gyms and a minor knee injury preventing runs has really done a number on me.
