He was also warned multiple times Jlk and still continued his behavior I think it would be setting a bad example to unban him because we all think he's a nice guy and he said he was sorry
Yes, Danny's first ban wasn't for rule breaking.
He had access to ~*~*~*Secret~*~*~*~* sections and he was just banned until Joe could fix the issue.

Nothing done was of an unforgivable nature, in my eyes: I'd vote to unban him.
Respect and understanding is all that's needed, and that works both ways.
SECOND CHANCES FTW!!! >_<
hope you get a clean slate bro.
I never had a conversation with Danny but the first time I ever saw him be an ass was on Emily's thread. I think that if JLK and Emily vote yes for him to come back then he should be allowed back but he cant blow it again.
Guys, I know danny better than all of you put together. When he apologizes for something, and is even willing to write a mini essay out for you all, then he for sure as hell is truly sorry. I don't mean that rudely at all. But it's true and stuff

IMO, way too much drama about the whole situation.
I think he should be un-banned because this is the first time I've seen him do something bad. I'm not sure what goes on in the *secret* sections but he's very nice to all the other members in the open sections. Therefore, he should be un-banned and given another chance

I believe this should have been taken care of by the staff but since it's presented to the community, I'll throw in my two cents.
I never met Danny or had a chance to realize his nature. Therefore I'll base this from what I've heard/seen. He seemed to be an avid trader and member of the community. He brought activity throughout the boards. I do understand that his recent behavior is unacceptable and should not go unforgotten. Therefore I believe he should remain banned for a certain period of time, which the staff will agree upon, and once his time is complete, he should be pardoned. With his pardon he should be held to the highest standard of behavior. If he's unable to maintain an acceptable behavior, then ban him permanently.
