I think most of the people playing properly are in their 25-30s+ now so I wouldn't worry about that! You're in good company haha.
Good luck getting your account back. Pester them, post your ticket # on the help boards (very easy to find, ignore this dickhead called coach who thinks he's a mod while you're there) and I've heard that posting on their social media helps too. There are a lot of tips on these forums too if you explore a little
Hopefully you don't feel too emotionally attached being that you've been away for a while! It can be a bit of a process, but worth it for that nostalgia hit!
