Mostly lurked before, but decided to take the dip. Super new here but not to Neopets!
Been on Neo since I was in grade school, back when everyone in school was on it as well with fake birthdays and all. It's amazing how nostalgic the website still is today. Neopets has definitely been the most formative website of my childhood and has so much influence on my life today and even the career I chose.
Was really demotivated about getting back into it after I got locked out of my main (because of the birthday), which is how I ended up here.
hope you brought some chips for that dip. jk jk. I'm lame but I'm not leaving

Hi! I haven't gotten back into my main yet, unfortunately. I submitted a ticket for it in the past but was told if I don't know my original email address then I'm out of luck.
I'm in the advertising industry and honestly got into the line because of the roleplaying boards I was obsessed with on Neo as a kid haha. The site really fuelled my passion for writing, and was also a gateway to graphic design. :p
Still iffy on the new beta. I do like some parts of it but it's so poorly executed right now.

Roleplaying to advertising is an interesting transition. Manipulating others into seeing a situation the way you want.
