Seems like I got beat by everyone here. XD

Anyway, I was able to download your video Goxar.

First, this video is from a blob so you need to find its manifest file. In this case, it's MPD.
Inspect the page and go to Network tab, then refresh the page.
I did some initial inspecting so I know the format is in MPD, so I put "mpd" in the filter.

Copy the full link from the Header.

Next, you need to install youtube-dl.
There are other alternatives such as ffmpeg and livestream but I tried them earlier and they don't work. (I may have missed some parameters)

Once you have youtube-dl installed, enter this command in the command line:
youtube-dl <link>
In my case, I used:
youtube-dl (you need an account to see links)

You have to wait a bit as it downloads both mp4 and m4a. Wait for these two to be finished, and you should have your video locally:
