From my understanding, it is a side evolution, just like how the Easter bunny was.So people who evolve into a stage 2 or 3 bird (I think!) stage this month would go to Owl instead of the normal Phoenix, etc.

I finally got it, thank you to PiperFrom my understanding, it is a side evolution, just like how the Easter bunny was.
I was surprised that I visited before and today it gave me a surprise! I supposed every owl owner has a rewarding window from time to time

hi guys i hope this is the correct spot to put this question. so @(you need an account to see links) and i have the same ryu bars and everything which is neat.
how does one go about unlocking the visiting ryu?

I think that while taking care of other ryus is good, the perk won't work if you don't reach certain goal with your own.
But it's just a matter of time! You'll get there for sure
