Going to be away for the weekend? Have a sweet vacation planned (I don't know where you're going, but theoretically this may happen again in the future!)? That's an interesting observation. I didn't want the Ryugotchis to be just another userbar that users could just collect and discard, so I built in consequences for neglecting them. Your luck depletes, and it becomes unlikely to impossible for your Ryugotchi to evolve. It would have to be treated well through a reincarnation cycle to make up for the luck deficit in order to evolve later. Certain scenes are tied to later evolutions as well. We've also planned to utilize the stats we've collected to reward users with relevant userbars in the future, so it pays to love your Ryus!
