I dunno, they just give me that old-school, petsite type vibe. I redrew my Ryu to be more polished! Meet Soju ~

Thanks guys!! I have a couple variations of that lineart (like fluffy vs smooth tail, masc vs fem) that I wanted to offer as adoptables, but I wanted to polish the shading before I post them haha. Eep I just noticed I got the painterrific theme thing too~ So happy!
