It's a Visitor feature that you can unlock after you play with your ryu lots. Not sure the exact requirements but thought it had something to do with evos and **how** much you play with your own ryu.

Do you get to choose whose ryu yours is playing with or is it just a random one? I hope to unlock this eventually but I have only have mine less than two months so I think it’s awhile off

You can choose! It can be anybody on your friends list who has also unlocked the feature, and you have to mutually select each other.

I have evolutions off just because I want to keep my kitty forever. I'm assuming that puts me at a disadvantage for unlocking the visitor feature?

I guess I could turn it on and then eventually rehatch a kitty? But I have bonded with my kitty. xD

Yeah, unfortunately if you have evos turned off you won't be able to work towards it unless something changed with the unlock mechanism. You could always try evolving until you get the feature (and maybe get some evo-based scenes while you're at it) and then try for a kitty again via evolution or trading?

There is always a chance to re-hatch a kitty, or trading with someone to get a kitty back in the future! That's just part of the chance in the Ryu collecting.

kitty beat to question answering. I do agree with everything she said though. just my pov on unlocking. not exactly sure and it may have changed. it's been a while. I do remember though unlocking when I got to my 2nd, full evolution branch. I know I was told that in order to unlock it I had to let my first kitty evolve. she's come back twice since then! so if you're afraid of missing your cat, it's okay.

EDIT: I'd like to report that I did unlock visitors on May 10, 2021, after my first kitty hit the 3rd stage evo. after being told I had to evolve. but if something changed, I wouldn't know what to say. that and knowing that you have to play lots with your ryu.
