[Guide] How to unlock and care for a Ryugotchi + Ryu Master List (inc. non-actives)

Yeah for the sake of our sanity if someone regularly takes their ryu on and off I prefer to list people who are dedicated to keeping their ryu active at least 99% of the time no matter what. 🤔

I understand completely. Personally, it's fun to go through and see what's changed, but that's just me (only just me lol). and it's been a ton easier to keep up with edits compared to the rate I was going for myself before, unable to edit. was worried to make a new thread and have 3 going. so am sorry for posting here and causing kerfuffle. I thought the babysitting on thread was moreso for that reason to run through and care, so I went with the whole of everyone, for something a lil different. sometimes when reading through threads there are people that have bounced back (I know one in mind at this moment) after not having a ryu/being in a forever egg, so it was nice to know it was a switch of an egg to being hatched than re-adding an entire user and having to alphabetize the list again. but again, just me, not speaking for anyone else at all.

also did look thoroughly for the link you were after and coming up dry atm. pretty sure it's here... but my eyes are not working so well today (4 hours sleep, my own fault). i know i used it recently as a test and can't locate. will sauce it your way if/when I find.

True - sometimes people do tag me + a user notifying me that they've gotten a ryu and to add them to the list, but not always is it the person in question specifically asking to be added (although in some cases they do respond with the affirmative/thanks for adding)... Damn IDK what to do but it's not like I would exclude users who have babysitting off from this list, so I think I will just keep going with the "add new ryus as they appear and if people take them off their active set up I will remove and if you want to be readded you need to convince me you'll keep it on 99% of the time cause I don't want to keep adding and removing people based on their decor whims" 😂
@(you need an account to see links) no kerfuffle! I think it is good to revisit our methods and reasoning from time to time haha. Plus, there needs to be a good purge anyway. 😩 Hopefully Nyanobyte can assist me at some point otherwise it'll just look like a bunch of swiss cheese heh.

I think that we've collectively stumbled into a natural conclusion to the proposal. We've elected to leave people alone, but grumble about them ditching us.

I do still think there could be a way to make it work. I think if people opt in/out of babysitting they would probably also opt in/out of being listed? Although I do wonder how many people would opt into one but not the other.

I think there is interesting potential for such a list, but it does get back to what @(you need an account to see links) was saying about whether it's just for care-runs, or just a fun community thing, or what.

I say even if we shelve this for now, don't totally discount for the future, I think it could be cool!

Add the users in format (added to the table) and then click sort. It should spit them out at the bottom.

Any time i've had issues with it, its due to formatting of the list. Someone was added in the wrong spot, i missed adding a closing tag somewhere etc etc
Still though! Should do the trick! If not i'm always happy to fuss with it ^-^

I do like going thru the list because sometimes eggs hatches, ppl puts again the Ryu bar, users come back... Have no problem but I understand the purpose of wanting to have a cleaner list.

I do appreciate all the work and thinking you do for our ryus 💙

And I'm sorry @(you need an account to see links) if I ever overwhelmed you about adding someone to the list. I know some ppl tends to be busier or forget about their ryus and it made me feel bad when I find out a ryu on a grave

I just unlocked my second new paint of the day! Now I've got Neon Checker and Purple with Orange Spots. No new scenes but two new paints makes me think the RNG for paint must be favorable compared to the scenes.
