11:41-11:59AM are times that have unlocked the scenes for users. Possible unlock time of approximately 1130-1230?

Also, what's the Rose Garden Scene very specific phrase we have to recite 👀 ?

Have you double checked your Date and Time Options here: (you need an account to see links) to make sure they are correct? I remember I had forgot to change mine and was able to unlock both the Moon Walker and Office Space scenes after making the change.

I think it's messed up because it says it's 12:27 AM and in my current time it's 2:27 AM
Last time I tried to change it to the correct one I think I got modded since my Posts count went back to 0
and now I'm scared to change it again to the correct one that I know I'll have to change several times to see which one is mine.

Can I get help? lol

the first two are time zone related, and any switching or incorrect time that isn't your zone could hinder your ability to unlock those. if, as you said, you've had issues where changing the zone reset your post count, you should speak to the admins and try to explain or ask for further clarification.
