The window for the "Office Space" scene is available for approximately one hour of what would be considered your location's "lunch hour" during a 9-5 workday. Be careful to make sure that your timezone is correctly configured!

Did another round of scoopin'! No poomazing bar for me yet. I have no idea how much you need for the userbar but it seems like some serious scoopage is required.
My stats are probably not very impressive though, so there's that!

I’m glad I have the office all for myself today because it would’ve been hard to explain to my coworker why am I excited to scoop some poop xD

I don't think we know the exact unlock requirements, but I believe based on what Bat has said it's most likely a randomly unlocked reward when you hit a milestone (of like scooping/feeding/playing x number of times etc)! So just keep caring for your and other ryus and hopefully you unlock one soon ^_^
