Edit to say: well I can't say which it is, because I have no clue, but one of these did it! Also, I took care of my pet during office hours, but perhaps because today is Sunday it didn't work. Hum. I did get my favorite though.

Make sure you are using the correct time zone. I was trying for one and then realized my time zone was not my actual time zone so it wasn't awarded. I corrected it and then received the scene the following time. Also, don't do what I did and not realize the a.m. and p.m.

I still haven't gotten the rose garden background so here goes, gonna try a few to see if I can get it

edit well alright that was easy And I have it narrowed down to one of two quotes that works since I only tried two off the top of my head

Went through the list again in hopes of a Poo Bar. All ryus topped up and played with. And darn you folks hoarding your poo by not allowing babysitting. *shakes fist*.
