Aero's right about the bugs. There are lots of them out there, and they can be used to obtain scores that are beyond the known limits in a few games. With that in mind, an argument can be made that you stumbled across one of those bugs without knowing it. After all, with Flash games falling into disrepair, these issues are bound to happen.
