If you want to be extra cautious, make sure to disable WebRTC within your browser settings when multi-accounting.

As others have mentioned, definitely try to keep a low profile.
For the Trading Post, just want to add that even if you're only setting up some junk trades on your main account, there are people consistently refreshing the Trading Post to check for newest additions. Once, I had a guy randomly Neomail me asking me to join his guild after I posted a junk trade on the Trading Post. I've also read something (maybe on the UYS thread?) that another user got Neomailed to ask her if she wanted to trade her (very NFT) UC pets after she put up some trades on the Trading Post.
As for flash games scores, I would definitely be very careful. I saw at least two users get banned last month, who also got a lot of trophy scores the same month. It's very sad. They might even have been legit, but I think that jealousy really triggers some report-happy people. If you really have to get a trophy, you can consider getting them on the last day of the month (close to reset) if the scores are still not ridiculously high, to reduce the chances of people seeing your username.
Definitely don't try to sell any high-value items from your main at all. I saw on the Neoboards the other day, this person was posting that her husband got frozen after trying to sell a The Three Stamp (which he even got legit-ly by restocking!). It's all very sad.

just a general tip, if you're moving stuff from one built-ish account to another, and someone asks about it, tell them the account you're moving stuff to was an old main that got perma silenced for a few years, and that you submitted a ticket recently to get it un-silenced.
when you try to neomail someone that's perma-silenced, it still tells you 'You should have no problem Neomailing that user.', so unless there's something i'm missing, there's no way they can prove you wrong.

Alice is claiming 3 years for np items and 6 years for nc items, which I believe is bullshit to be honest. They're just incredibly lazy to recover items... but when you get mass reported for having suspicious high-end items on your acct or accused of buying/selling, they always somehow manage to find the logs to freeze you. I honestly think Tony can find any item transfer log if he really wanted to.
There were two well publicised cases in the past of popular players having their galleries raided (cheekyjess and dudeperson41). Dudeperson ticketed within 2 months after being hacked and they told him they didnt have the logs to recover his items. Cheekyjess kept pestering support with tickets along with some of her truth member friends and support ended up spawning her a tonne of books including books that havent even been activated yet. Point is they're very inconsistent with how they deal with np item logs.
On one of my accounts, I auctioned a 100m illegit stamp which I assume must have been mass reported because two months later, all the accounts ended up getting chained after doing more illegit stuff. I had another one of my accounts unfrozen after self-icing it 2 years prior with a tonne of duped/illegit high-end stamps on it. I brought alot of these items out in the public and it obviously got mass reported because acespades made a board on one of his shell accts to call me out (to be honest I think acespaces spend more time writing reports than actually playing the game). It never got iced and the account still isnt frozen to this day, but I always knew it was always being watched by support so I limited every bit of cheating on it and left it as an acct that was known in the public/tc community that I use to buy/trade high-ends that I need.
If it was me, I would wait at minimum 3 months for items closer to the 100m range. Probably a lot longer to be safe, just always assume you've been mass reported if you do end up trading them off and watch how you interact with your other accounts as well.

You all are so amazing! I can never find detailed info on this sort of stuff, this is an amazing range of info, thank you all!
Neopets makes me really angry apparently.
Not sure if this is the correct place to post, but I've tried to look for guides and failed.
So I recently returned to neo, after years of inactivity. I've always been a legit player back in the days, but I've discovered the joys of the black markets. Saved me so much pain from trading for pets/NC.
However, the bad side is that there will always be a chance of being caught and iced.
I've bought a few UCs, kept a low profile by staying away from the PC. I am tempted to start ABing, and here are the questions.
What is the safest way to transfer AB'ed items or NPs from the shell to main? I ave a VPN, but does TNT check for devices? I certainly do not have that many for each of the accounts.
I'm trying to offload my bought UCs, would it be safe to stick them into shuffles? How long should I wait before doing so? They are all lower end BN UCs, would people be susp over them?
