    I'm sure it's a coincidence, but this email comes following a pretty long series of complaints in Neopets Nation from buyers not getting any info from geekify, and the owner is a member there.

    Also, patches are just getting sent out when they were available in August? Seems pretty far out, wow.

    If I recall correctly, these items were preorder, right? The item listing says they're completing their production run, which means they probably waited a bit to gauge the demand and then ordered them in bulk with the profits. It's not an uncommon method, and one that I've used myself in zine merch production!

    Oooh, that’s an interesting coincidence though. I guess at least they finally said something, the day before we should be opening the calendars. T.T

    Im in the states as well! Maybe they are rolling them out in batches?

    Good thinking on that, @(you need an account to see links) ! I checked and ordered on Nov 5th, idk if that has anything to do with the order of mails going out depending on order date or something.

    I wonder what the delay is 0: from their indiegogo for a very similar project (you need an account to see links), they’re working with two packaging companies and a local chocolatier to get the chocolates + packaging made. I presume then that their employees would only have to deal with assembly? They mention kitchen access in their email, so it could be they only have access to food-certified kitchens at very limited times to assemble the product. Otherwise I have no idea what the delay could be, considering they’re paying other people to make all the parts.

    The patches were, yeah! Back in September they sent out an email stating they were supposed to go out at the end of October though It makes sense- I think the lack of communication is what a lot of people were frustrated with.

    I got the email as well. I also ordered a set of PINs so it looks like those will ship with the chocolates. Ah well, I just hope the chocolate is good lol.
