Is there a way to find the exact post that included the searched word?

I'm probably still not very familiar with how this type of forums works in details, and I'd love to know that if there is a way to find the exact post (like list/direct to the single posts in a thread lol) that contain the words I'd searching instead of only showing the entire thread? Sometimes it can be really hard to find the post I'd like to see especially in a huge thread like the "under your skin" thread, so I'd know that if it is possible. Thank you anyway for the help And sorry that if this is a noob question!

If you go to "(you need an account to see links)" at the very bottom there should be a choice to display results as posts or as threads. Checking posts should get you good to go!
