So long story short a friend of mine offered to help me look for a dream pet. She ended up helping me trade for said pet, as I haven't been on the PC in a loooong time (back from a hiatus just a few months ago) and today I logged on to find the pet removed from my account. Not a notice, not anything at all from TNT.
Nothing. He now appears to be sitting on a shell account but active. Any advice on how to handle this? I have put a ticket in but I'm anxious and have no idea what to do.

Yeah. it's super weird. Especially because I just looked and he (the. pet) is definitely active, but the account looks like a clear shell. Actually I didn't even think to click on my friends profile, I Dmed her via discord but haven't heard back. Looks like she is frozen :/ I also did some digging and I know the name of a pet she had before and that new owner is also frozen.Originally Posted by Brittany

Good point. Active as in its not frozen- it says "Active 3 days ago" so it's not under one day ago status or whatever. All the pets are sad, no trophies one other UC no customization nothing. Very much a shell but it is not yet frozen. Yes the my pet was apart of an adoption that originated at a three way trade and probably a few other trades as far as I know. I think you might be right though sounds like there are quite a few parties involved, hard to trust anyone these days. SO I guess now I just wait?

Edit: as far as I know for the pets history meaning, that's what I was told by others & my friend, not verified by me personally.
Edit 2: Also, reread your questions, I wouldn't say the trade that happened on my friends end was a trade up, it was actually a tier down.

Thank you for your advice!! I'll wait it out I suppose and see what my friend says as well. Yeah I forgot how report happy the PC is but its the only way to trade these days lol :/
