I don't know if this is just in the UK but from 16 December, Paypal will be charging inactive accounts �12 a year.
You will not be charged if:
-there is no balance available
-there is no bank account linked.
Inactive accounts are accounts that have not been logged in for 12 months.

Good to know. I use my paypal fairly often and have a bank linked, but this is important info i'll def pass along to my friends! Thanks!
