No no record I was just going by Bat's response and surprise on how fast Rebel unlocked those bars and stating it was some kind of record. So like let's just say they are the unofficial record holder? lol

the rainbow one is like, end of summer festivities and there are pre-reques needed. it's auto? given I believe as well. so keep chatting and collecting.
