Nope! You can get as many eggs as they come. I remember getting multiple in one day.

iirc all threads no longer that 3 years. Old posts count too.

They change location every 5 minutes and it's different for everyone. Good luck everyone!

So:

- Threads younger than 3 years are elegible for egghunting.
- Every 5 minutes the egg changes its location.
The locations of eggs will change at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 55 minutes past the hour.
- Look all forum sections! They can be anywhere!
- While eggs are different for everyone, some eggs can be shared (the same) for some users. So if you find one, make sure to share link for others to try chance too
- Trade/services threads DON'T participate.

Thank you for the explanation, so sorry I'm still slightly confused - does the egg show up just on one post anywhere within that criteria, and then change every 5 minutes? or will it be on a different user in all threads and change which player every 5min?

The egg is shown besides the name of the user's posting, this user can be anyone. That's why you should browse the different threads where everyone can post.

Last year I even found an egg besides my own username while looking an older post I made

Every 5 min the egg will change location, another thread, another user. It could possibly be same user but different post/thread but I doubt that will happen for many eggs.

My goodness, I'm about to go blind but I did it... I got the Eggscellent Userbar!!!!

If this helps anyone, for me I looked at the last page of threads (mainly in General Section) which as DarkSkies mentioned, most users can post. I often found the eggs on pages where there were a lot of posts (almost full page).
