It should be rewarded after midnight (I think your midnight) if you are still on first spot. That said I can't remember if it was handed automatically though

Iirc, it might not be by the top posters in the last 30 days, but maybe in just one specific day? Not sure about that though, I remember something along these lines was said when we last discussed this userbar unlocking mechanism.

Really? I'd been the top poster for almost a week (Back when Howdy was the top spot). I took a screenshot incase it 'is' manually given since moth said j03 is on vacation.
