If it helps I had all but the Twister pop before I unlocked the rainbow one. I got the Rainbow in the initial wave of unlocks.

If it helps anyone I had all the pops prior to getting the rainbow pop, so I don't know how much having any of the pops contributes to the rainbow one!

I had every other color before getting the rainbow pop myself.
I wonder if it has to do with the specific colors like maybe all of the basic color wheel colors unlocked unlocks it?
