i believe it is one that is given out automatically though i'm not entirely sure.
it might however check on specific times only and run for instance 4 times a day or so.

Iirc all of the automatic bars are awarded once an hour. Not sure about that tough.
But I am sure that the +rep ones are automatic.

Bat seems to be using this userbar on and off for quite some time. I wonder when it'll be available for all!

I would go to your "settings" and see what your rep given total is. Rep is something that is monitored by staff and can be moderated. This helps to ensure rep isn't being given out all Willy Nilly. So you may have given out 5+ that you know of however there could be a chance it was moderated.

It is automatic, but some +rep doesn't count (+rep given in the Under Your Skin thread, for example, is always equal to zero).

+Repping users as thanks or because they helped you isn't really the way the feature is meant to be used. +rep should be given for awesome contributions to the forum. From our (you need an account to see links)

Rep, +rep or reputation are points awarded to you by other members for exceptionally helpful or pleasing contributions. These points should be given whenever you've provided a useful guide, program or script, but can also be given if you've offered significant assistance or support within the community.

We sometimes remove +rep given when it's clear that users are +repping innocuous posts, spam-posting, and generally trying to speedrun their way into higher commnunity ranks. (Not saying that's what happened here - just saying that as an FYI.) +rep is meant to showcase those outstanding members of our community who constantly participate and contribute, and we'd like it to stay a hallmark of respect.

woah I just had the Kingmaker UB unlocked!

I've been busier than usual lately and actually haven't voted in the BC in a few weeks, but the last time I did, I think I voted on like, 20 accounts in the same week. Makes me think the UB being awarded needs a manual trigger rather than happening automatically.
