Which is the maximum for members. Staff members get one extra for the staff category, so that makes 8.

The music lover userbar seems to be related to sharing music in the usual thread everyone shares in... but remember not to spam!

The rank UBs have distinctive colors so it's easy to see somebody's rank at a glance, so I don't think color options like Lifetime VIP will ever be available.

Aw that's a shame. I understand the reasoning though. Just would make my theme make more sense to be black and orange stripes. Not enough bars to convey stripes though lol
