oooh, yeah, that sounds so nice in that situation, it isn't terribly hot where I am, but watermelon is just so damn good! Kind of wish I'd gotten some stuff to garnish it with, but I can get some tomorrow. Despite my big eyes when I bought it, I am not going to eat this all in one sitting as I initially felt like I would, lmao.

I love it with some fresh basil, fresh mozz, and some balsamic! So basically a caprese! But even just basil+balsamic is good. Honestly off the top of my head I'm blanking and can't think of what else I usually have with it.

I never thought of making watermelon savory like that! I'm so used to thinking of tomato+pesto with that combo, but watermelon sounds intruging!

The store didn't have the ice cream I was looking for today. While I should've gotten ice cream sandwiches, I got some Reeses Klondike bars. They're a little meh, but nice and cold.
