I wonder if there's a minimum account age requirement for the user bar as well. I got the bar immediately when the forum's clock rolled over to midnight in December last year, i.e., five years after I'd joined. The other person who received the bar around the same time as I did has also been here for over five years.

When I was top poster back last year I believe I was already Clraik rank. I was the top poster for a few days with 150ish something posts. I got demoted by another user who had the same posts as me and they got the bar the following day?? I was like breh???

I was referring to account age, not rank. I may look at older posts to see if there's such a pattern.

Edit: A post on the first page of search results disproved my theory. Back to the drawing board!
