Could mayyybeee possibly related to movement (activity) through diffente threads when there are more users around interacting with each other? Like Lava is flowing from here and there.

If it was 100% RNG there wouldn't be groups of people all getting it at the same time. I think the time window at which you can earn the lava bar may be RNG each day, however. Maybe it picks a 10-15 minute period of time each day from a pool of options and anyone who posted X times in that window gets it?

I just received mine! (WEEEEE!)

If I had to guess, I'd say posting 2 times within 9:30-9:40 time frame is what triggered mine.

I remember was it polorin (i am defiantly not missing her xD) or was it someone else. As they got it instantly unlock just by checking on the site itself as what everyone does daily.

I've had the forum on default time, but on forum time I've noticed people unlock bot am and pm, but in a 8:30-9:45 ish bracket

The forum has a default time? Neopian time is west coast, but that wouldn't be right for the times you mentioned. Would it be east coast USA time?

It's set on GMT - 6 Central Time for me, I've never changed it so I assume that was the default time lol

Huh. I think I set mine to my own timezone when I created my account. NST would be GMT - 8. So I need to hop on clraik by 6:30pm sharp tomorrow.
