I’m generally not one to wish ill on anyone, including people I dislike and disagree with, but the wider danger he poses makes him an exception. The narrative in which he has it, happens to be one of the lighter symptom cases, and recovers will only fuel his supporters’ recklessness and the overall belief that’s weirdly prevalent in America that the whole thing is a hoax. This is a very real danger (and honestly makes me less than stoked about the diagnosis - unless he starts declining suddenly we’re looking at a sea of “Covid isn’t that bad! The president is in his 70s and he’s fine!” headlines and even more resistance to precautions). If he recovers, others will die as a direct result.

Ugh. I knew that would happen.
You should not live in fear of it, but you definitely need to just be a healthy, clean, by-law abiding human being. It should be taken seriously, as with any other illness.

Also, I would like the science and list of drugs that have been developed for Covid under his administration. I would also like accurate numbers because I simply cannot.

I think he means to say "Don't be afraid of Covid if you have access to a chopper, an entire hospital wing, dozens of medical personnel, and all the drugs you'd ever need at your disposal. All paid for by the American taxpayer!"

Yeah same exactly. It’s kind of like the trolly problem? But without any actual power to affect the results obviously, but it’s like.. I wish one person dead because the alternative is many, many more die as a direct result of him living. Wishing the one person dead is still weird and hard and I feel gross and not like myself, but given the circumstance it is unfortunately the best case scenario. It’d be super cool if none of this were real or happening though, I hate it a lot

The idea that wishing ill on someone is deplorable and just never happens or should never happen... well, that's not a very human expectation, let's be real. Us humans have emotions. Sometimes we get a little passionate and heated.
I mean, sure it might make me a terrible person, but I think there are quite a few people on this planet who deserve to have terrible things happen to them. Let's call it... karma. Because that's what it is.

SomeMoreNews on YouTube actually covers Trump's speedy recovery in a pretty scathing way, and why he has 'recovered' so early. He also does amazing videos about all of America's hot button issues if anyone is interested. Highly recommended, and I ain't even 'murican.
Also, I genuinely do not understand how any of y'all can UNIRONICALLY compare Biden and Trump. Sure, Biden is just another politician, but at least he isn't an actual sexual predator with zero empathy or regard for human life and suffering. Who makes billions and pays next to nothing in taxes. ANYWAY, Trump GAVE himself COVID. He never once wore a mask at any of his cringe rallies. He routinely made people close to him take their masks off when they were talking with him. He's been absolute ass about COVID in general. And yet crybully Republicans DEMAND we respect him? LOL. No. No. No.
Why would/should we pray for the speedy recovery of a president who spends every day in office making life horrible for the most vulnerable people?
