As an angsty teenager, I had a few "moved to tears" songs.
This song brought me to tears in a completely different way.

This was played at my grandfathers wake. It was my first time hearing it, and I had a major meltdown. Now whenever I hear it played, I get instant tears.
Lyrics:
and this song gets me every time, for different reasons. Oldie but goodie.
Lyrics:
There's many different songs that either make me cry no matter what the mood I'm in, but here's the few main ones.
1. To My Youth - cover by Youngjae
The lyrics really hit me hard as someone who have struggled with depression and suicide ideation for a really long time (I'm a bit better now though!). The fact it's pretty much just the piano and his voice makes it so much emotional too, his voice really delivers the message in this song. There's closed captions in the video but I'll put the lyrics below for easy access too!
Lyrics:
2. One More Light - Linkin Park
There's really no describing how this one feels for me, especially since it was my sister who showed it to me during a very hard time. If I hear just the starting melody I already start crying right away.
Lyrics:
3. His Theme - Undertale OST
This song was always one of my favorites from Undertale since Asriel is my favorite character, but it's not because of the game per se that this song makes me cry. I lost my 17-year-old dog to cancer last year, and this was the song that I was listening to while she was on my lap as I was drawing the night before, so every time I listen to it my mind takes me back to one of our last moments together.
Edit: I was over at the "Post the song you are listening to!" thread and was reminded of my Gotye days back in High School, which made me remember of this song:
4. Bronte - Gotye
The song itself alongside the animation is just too much for my crybaby ass.

1. 'The Light' by The Ark
Please watch the MV (CC on for eng sub) - since I'm (and I assume most of yall lol) are not Korean speakers watching the MV is more important than just reading or listening to the lyrics
2. 'In Heaven' by JYJ
Same as above, sorry I guess kpop just got the monopoly on my tear ducts

I've been sitting on this post for a while and a couple times have written different versions of this post but always stepped back, but @(you need an account to see links) mentioned One More Light, which I honestly still can't bring myself to listen to. Here's the last draft of this.
It's not a particular song, and I thought I replied to this thread already, but I have a really difficult time listening to Linkin Park since Chester Bennington's death.

When you try your best, but you don't succeed
When you get what you want but not what you need
When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep

The song "Somewhere" from West Side Story moved me to tears.
Spoilered in case someone doesn't want to know the end to West Side Story
I cried the first time I saw Lava, this short musical. I shared this on the (you need an account to see links) too and Nyanobyte cried.
Just a cute story about two volcanoes.

The song that absolutely breaks me. Modest Mouse - Float On. Initially I know that sounds odd, but I don’t have a strong support system and hearing someone say “Don't worry, even if things end up a bit Too heavy, we'll all float on, alright” just gets me going every time. So when im super anxious/upset and in need of comfort ill put this on and ugly cry. At 2:40ish in the song it sort of chants it and its become a mantra for me. Ill sing along a few times in a row and it’ll go from a cry to a battle cry and pull me out of the funk.
“Alright, already
And we'll all float on, alright
Already, we'll all float on, alright
Don't worry, even if things end up a bit
Too heavy, we'll all float on, alright
Already, we'll all float on alright
Already, we'll all float on, okay
Don't worry, even if things get heavy
We'll all float on, alright
Already, we'll all float on (alright)
No, don't you worry, we'll all float on (alright)”
The other one is Coldplay - Yellow. Its not only my favorite color, but another case of “I need to hear this from someone” so it gets the waterworks going.
Otherwise, everything makes me cry so we would be here all day, haha. Im a sensitive soul.
