As TNT don't really care about fanbased guides, an 1:1 trade is safe enough.
Came to backup Flor, i've moved up to three daily items from the same shell to my main without fake trading and i've been fine, i'd be cautious in the ammount of items more than in the "value" of the item itself.
Also, nothing happens if you have a board and send the items to yourself at the same time, done it~been there.
Take care of your items and don't rush it, either TNT nor the NC Board will say a thing ^^!

Other than what everyone said here in this thread, TNT takes in consideration that some NC itens are traded using mains/side account so a neomail is not something they really care about, so I would say TNT doesn't actively track NC iten unless is one account they are investigating of course.

People move NC items between accounts, give the items away as gifts, and trade frequently enough every day that it's nearly impossible for TNT to be able to differentiate between a "bought" NC item vs. a genuine gift etc. Generally people like to take caution and send/receive 10 or fewer items a day (this is if you're not actively trading on the NCC that day), and in batches of 5 or fewer items at a time. Every time I used to place or send out a large order, I'd just be patient and slowly send the items over a period of a couple days. Fake trading isn't necessary for moving NC items around, you can quietly do it (no neomails exchanged) without issue, though if you're determined to send mass amounts of NC around in a day, I think it would function as a good alibi
