The only thing keeping me from leaving Neopets right now is...

We all know that Neopets has slowly turned into a shitstorm of a pet site for a while now. Even as seen in the various threads on this site, our relationship with neopets is more of an abuser-victim (us the victims of course) relationship more than anything. But still, day after day, we log in just the same.

For me, the fact that I can use scripts/bots/ab from ck. Without these scripts/programs available or if other games had it I'd have moved on already

Would love to hear what's keeping you from leaving.

I genuinely like the game! TNT has frustrating rules and they often have growing pains (even a company and an IP as old as they are still grows and learns, though it maybe be slowly, and they may have gaffes along the way), but the game itself is a source of joy for me.

I actually quit after the duping fiasco. I recently got back into it due to the Rona. I'm enjoying the programs as well lol I'd rather chat on Clraik though while playing neo in the background.

I, too, genuinely enjoy it. I like that there are a lot of aspects to it and when I get frustrated with one thing I can focus on another. It's really sad to me to watch the site/team struggle the way they have the past couple of years, but I'm holding out hope.

I genuinely enjoy it as well.. it's a nostalgic game for me and even though I mindlessly click around the site at times, it's fun for me.

I know the site is slowly going downhill, and I don't think it really appeals to new players. Saying that, I will probably keeping playing until it dies and taken my beloved pixel pets with it .. It's just fun to customize, collect pretty things, you know

i actually like it here. i wouldnt be able to leave my pets either, i love them. too much i havent done as well that would make me feel empty if it werent complete.
