Glad that they are doing some Q&As but its still fucking me up that they are using unofficial discords to give out some of this info? Like thank god jellyneo is good at compiling this stuff, but i'm sure there are players out there who don't use or even know about jellyneo. All info like this should be available to every user! Not just those in the know about fansites

Agreed. All their info is scattered across editorials, neoboard posts made at 12 AM, some forgotten release notes page, and even discord

Oh wow, I didn't even know staff were doing Q&A's on the boards/discord. If it weren't for clraik I would have never known! Even if it's just them answering questions on the boards, you wouldn't even see it unless you in the right place at the right time. Personally I never check the Site Event boards. They really do need to put these answers and updates somewhere ALL players will see them, like in the news.

This is the biggest shocker to me. An official discord is in dire need.

If they're not already using a ticket management system like Jira, Discord also has some great tools that could help track their bugs and issues for the mobile-friendly release!

I wish they'd quit flip flopping on whether or not KeyQuest is coming back. And since the current news is that it's not, they shouldn't be taking people's money for KQ tokens they can't even use. Maybe instead of releasing a new mobile game every two years they could invest in someone people actually want.

Afaik they lost important files for Keyquest upon transition to the new team. So they'd have to rebuild from the ground up I think even if they tried to make a mobile app version.

Neopets is a little obsessed with making new games/mobile apps and then abandoning them. I only just discovered Ghoul Catchers a couple months before they decided to axe it. Same with KeyQuest. Anytime I even get remotely interested in something they release, it gets discontinued. Not sure what the point of making all these games if all they're going to do is discontinue them shortly after release.

Thanks for sharing the threads. It is really messed up that she is doing this on her own time. Other staff members should be posting on the boards or something on company time... Not sure they really care to listen tbh. Gutterfoot is great, but she shouldn't have to do this on her own time.
