I enjoyed this video SO MUCH! Her facial expressions to the ending of the whole application thing was too funny. I dont think I've ever heard anyone talk about neopets who wasn't a ..casual (like her example in the beginning) so this video was great! I've personally never met anyone in real life who played as much as me and have yet to meet an adult (in real life) that still plays.
Also, is she saying poodle instead of poogle the first time? xD When I try to tell my friends what I'm doing on the site, I always use real animal names instead of the neopets name ("I'm trying to trade this grey horse for that fairy fox").
And I didn't know pet adoptions by applications is banned now!

Great video. Takes me back to when I had a VWN 1k+ HSD BD pet UFA, when BD was still relevant, and was flooded with super elaborate PP apps. Ended up adopting out to someone who wasn't an artist nor had crazy writing skills and lots of people ended up really pissed lol...
They had applied to train and retrade for a UC Plushie Draik and when I came back to check years later during hiatus, they actually made it. Made me very happy (but they're frozen now, rip)

I've been playing so long and I was heavy into the PC in those days, I remember exactly what Kyrii she is talking about. I thought about applying for that Kyrii but decided it would be too competitive and would probably just go to one of the owner's friends in the end. If you search that Kyrii's name on deviantart there is still a fair bit of UC Royal Girl Kyrii art. This was 8 years ago now.
