Is it just me or does that outfit feel very vintage Neopets??

My first impression of the color is that it's very impressive, he looks like he belongs on an airship pulling levers of some variety.
But upon closer inspection, the feet look a little flat and I'm not sure about the hat/goggle layering. The color palette is nice, though, and I love the detailing that went into it.
Overall not something I'd make for myself, but then I don't really like techos to begin with.

The outfit, I think they could have included more blue into the main pieces so that hat didn't stand out so much, but I like each part individually. Not sure why they chose to use speckled as the display base, but whatever fluffs their feathers, I guess.

The steampunk is actually well thought out and executed...I don't like techos or the color in general so it's not really for me, but you can't deny that it's well put together. They can't tell me the same artists make this/marble draik and things like the awful pastel pets! Get us this quality on all colors please xD
