Wow! So much has changed on Neopets since then. I didn't even know you could dress you your pets or that NC was a thing until I came back. I'm actually really enjoying the dress up thing. I remember as a kid buying a collar from Uni's store and then being very disappointed that my neopets couldn't actually wear it. I found that same collar in my SDB and they CAN wear it now!
