So I got removed from the BC and a big, flashy warning like 1-2 years ago for accidentally not switching my BC sig and posting once in the pound chat. Did they just give up punishing people for that since I've been gone or do people just ignore it?
If so, I'm boutta throw my butt back in the BC. I rage quit after and if they're gonna actually let people attempt to advertise their art, I'm gonna be a happy pooper.
They do allow advertising via siggy on all boards now, but every post had to be “contributing to conversation” & not directly about the BC (unless it’s on Art or Premium chats). People have gotten in trouble for bumping their own boards with a BC link in their signatures because “bumping is spam”

Yep, as long as you make a meaningful contribution to the thread there's no problem. But you can't use it in the art forum I think, other boards are ok.

Thanks. I was just getting so confused seeing all the BC and my husband who has zero percent to do with my online petsite obsession even mentioned my temper tantrum from a few years ago about. Figured I'd check before submitting art.
