[02/24/2013] Stealth CORE is made into the first standalone Neopets auto-player.

In my experience, this was confined to a specific browser. StackPath screws up its tracking cookies, and then you get locked out in that browser. If you're able to access Neopets in another browser, then the solution would be to completely clear your Neopets cookies in your preferred browser, then you should be able access the site.

Seems that a lot of people are with the same issue on neo. I just checked the help board and I've seen some complaints there.
As Bat said, clearing cookies should work.

This just happened to me. How do I clear Neopets cookies. HELP....................
While you're on a Neopets page, do the following.
For Firefox:
Click the lock with the cross over it to the left of the address bar, click "Clear Cookies and Site Data...", then select and remove each one of the domains until that list is empty.
For Chrome:
Click the "Not secure" warning to the left of the address bar, click "Site settings", then (under "Usage"), click "Clear data", then click "Clear" to confirm.

Bat, thank you. That fixed it. I had to log back in. What in the heck is TNT doing. So frustrating
I have this pop up depending on which proxy location I'm connected to. Some seem to work fine, others I get that page popping up. Each time I get redirected to neo though without issues. Is this a new thing? I don't remember seeing it before.
What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left
I just got it too, read some people suggesting to delete cache and it worked for me
