As title says, this is something I must do in order to fight the thoughts that my anxiety & dep dissorder generate sometimes (dunno if that's the correct way to say it in English).

Was going to put this on real life stuff but seeing as I don't give much context to this I prefered to post in on SPAM

I hope this goes better than the anxiety says it will go.
